I'll second your praise about Defrag. There were lots of great minds there last year and lots of cool topics. I also felt a greater sense of community there that I do at larger more traditional conferences. It felt a little like we were all working together to better understand the world out there.
Really looking forward to this year.

You encapsulate Defrag perfectly, it does really build a sense of "community". That is what I find so special about the conference.
